I believe such a financial relief is much needed in our exile society where, being a refugee we cannot get educational loans from banks and many of us have left all our family members in Tibet. In future I would like to contribute back to my Tibetan community with my legal education keeping in mind the four commitments of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.”
