Many of you have contacted us about the situation in Tibet and have asked what you can do to help.

First of all, we encourage you to broadly check the available online sources of information. There are many sources, and you will find varying opinions and reports as you check these sources. Please be sure you are obtaining your news from reliable sources that have contacts in the Tibetan region.

	If you wish to find a Tibet support group (TSG) in your area, you can look up information and links at Tibet Online (www.tibet.org). They maintain a global directory of TSGs.
