Study Circles
Last summer we posted our Study Guide for the Dalai Lama’s book Ethics for the New Millennium on our web site. Since then it has been downloaded hundreds of times, and from that seedling study circles have sprouted on three continents! As of the new year we have received word of study circles in St. Petersburg, Russia and Santa Cruz, Venezuela, as well as Clearwater, Florida, Glenside, Pennsylvania, and New York City in the U.S.
We are pleased to announce that Greg Schultz, one of the study group facilitators, has stepped forward to serve as Study Circle Coordinator for the Foundation.
Greg writes, "I am here to be of service in any way I can to both the current study circles and to anyone who may wish to start a new circle. My goal is to provide whatever support the study circles may find useful. Also, I would like to facilitate dialog between circles in order to share their experiences, if that is of interest. You can reach me at studycircles@dlfound.org."

The Missing Peace
We are happy to announce that we are collaborating with the Committee of 100 for Tibet to produce The Missing Peace: The Dalai Lama Portrait Project, an exhibit composed of sculpture, photography, painting, video and other media that will tour the world beginning in 2006, visiting major venues in major cities.
Fifty artists have been selected to participate, including Laurie Anderson, Ken Aptekar, Richard Avedon, Guy Buffet, Adam Fuss, Jenny Holzer, Michael Rovner, Bill Viola and Katarina Wong.
We are in the process of developing curriculum materials to accompany the exhibit that will provide a framework for individuals to move from inspiration to continued study and engagement. Read more at our web site…
