The University of California at Irvine has graciously made the video from the morning and afternoon events available online.

This conference was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for thousands of teens to meet one another and listen to a global spokesperson for universal human rights—to learn about the power of every individual to impact world affairs.

The Dalai Lama spoke with us about creating compassionate and ethical leadership both inside and outside the classroom. The conference was an opportunity to connect the values of ethical leadership to the work of the classroom, in personal responsibilities, and in fostering leadership qualities in our community.
